Award recognizes best retail materials, actions and merchandising projects
Marking the return to face-to-face meetings, Schulz Compressores participated in the POPAI Brasil 2021 Award last November 23. The award ceremony took place at Espaço Wood in São Paulo and was broadcast live on the event’s website.
The POPAI Brasil Award is promoted by the Brazilian Association of Retail Marketing, and is considered the “Oscar of Retail”, with more than 50 editions in the USA. For two decades, the POPAI Brasil Award has had the mission of recognizing the best materials, actions and merchandising projects aimed at Point of Sale (POS). In this edition, the Award reached a record number of projects submitted with almost 400 participants.
Schulz Compressores won a trophy in the category “Projects for Store Design and Architecture – stores over 500 m²”, with the Schulz Store case, Schulz’s first concept store. The store’s project was signed by Brainbox Design and, in all, it took about nine months from starting the work to opening the store.
“The store arose with the proposal to bring the Schulz brand closer to its public, providing a unique shopping experience, in addition to presenting the brand’s product portfolio”, highlights Vanessa Bueno da Rocha, Strategic Planning and Marketing Coordinator at Schulz Compressores and one of the creators of the project.
Winning the POPAI Brasil 2021 Award reinforced this concept even more. “Winning the POPAI Brasil 2021 Award fills us with pride and shows us that, in fact, we are on the right path”, says Vanessa, who received the trophy together with her team.
